I have just returned from a 5 day trip to Disneyland Paris that was booked through Helen from Travel Counsellors. The holiday was fantastic and everything from the flights and hotel to airport transfers and park tickets were all sorted for us by Helen which meant we could just concentrate on having a brilliant trip!
Helen was fantastic in providing us with a range of different quotes to fit our needs and this allowed us to clearly see all the options available to us – something that is extremely difficult when booking a holiday yourself online.
Not only did the quotes include everything we needed for our trip (flights, hotel, breakfast, transfers & park tickets) but they all offered brilliant value and they were all alot cheaper than I had been able to find elsewhere. Through Travel Counsellors we were also able to book extras on the trip such as breakfast with the Disney characters which gave the holiday an extra special touch!
Helen was always available to answer any questions that we had regarding the holiday and it was brilliant to have the stress taken out of organising the trip as Helen provided us with all the information we needed and even offered to print all of our travel documents for us!
